Title: Five Spice Fish

2 lb Fillets
2/3 c Onion -- chopped
1 1/2 tb Ginger
1/2 c Soy sauce
1 1/2 tb Sugar
1 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Allspice
1/4 ts Cloves

Cut fillets in 2'" x 2" long slices. Mix fillets with onions, ginger, soy
sauce, sugar, oil, and spices. Cover and chill for several hours. Broil
on both sides.
