Title: Five Spices Marinade for Barbecued Pork

1 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Five spices
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
2 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Sherry

1. Combine sugar, Five Spices, salt and pepper. Rub mixture over pork
strips and let stand 2 hours.

2. Add soy sauce and sherry and toss. Let stand 30 minutes more, turning
frequently. Then roast.
