3 tb Rice
2 Green onion, chopped
1/3 c Water
1/4 ts Five spice
1/2 Chicken breast
1 Carrot, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 tb Soy sauce
Pepper, dash

Place first four ingredients on foil with dull side down. Place chicken
breast on top. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over breast.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
