Title: French Apple Pie

Yield: 6 Servings

1 (9-inch) pie shell
7 c Sliced; pared apples
2/3 c Sugar
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tb Butter

----------------------------------TOPPING----------------------------------
1 c Flour
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Butter

Combine apples, cinnamon and sugar. Fill pie shell and dot with butter.
Sprinkle with topping.

To make topping: Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until
crumbly. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
