Title: French Dip Sandwiches Categories: Meats Yield: 1 Servings 3 tb Butter 1/2 ts Minced garlic 4 Sandwich rolls (6-8" long), Split 1 lg Sliced onion 2 c Beef broth 12 oz Thinly sliced cooked sirloin Tip roast Chopped parsley (garnish) Celery leaves (garnish) Melt butter in a large skillet over med heat. Stir in garlic; remove from heat & brush on cut sides of rolls. Arrange buttered side up on baking sheet or broiler rack. Broil until very lightly toasted. In same skillet simmer onion in broth until tender. Add meat & stir just until broth returns to simmer. Strain broth into serving bowl. Put meat & onion on roll bottoms; cover with tops.
