Title: French Doughnut Muffins

1 lg Egg; beaten
1/3 c Butter; melted
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Milk
1 1/2 c Flour; plus 2 tablespoons
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Nutmeg

----------------------------------TOPPING----------------------------------
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1/3 c Butter; melted

Combine first 9 ingredients and pour into muffin cups. Bake 400 15-20
minutes or until browned. Cool enough to handle. Combine sugar and
cinnamon. Dip top of muffin into butter and then into sugar mixture. Serve
immediately
