Title: French Onion Soup

Yield: 1 Servings

4 lg Onions; sliced thin
2 tb Butter
4 c Beef broth
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 Hard rolls; sliced & toasted
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook onions in butter till lightly browned. Add stock & Worcestershire.
Cook 20 min. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle toast with cheese. Pour
soup into bowls and float toast slices atop. Place under broiler a few
seconds till cheese is lightly browned. Serves 4-6.
