Title: Fresh Apple Cake Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings ----------------------------------COMBINE---------------------------------- 1 1/2 c Veg.oil 2 Eggs beaten 2 c Sugar 2 ts Vanilla -------------------------------SIFT TOGETHER------------------------------- 3 c All purpose flour 1 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt --------------------------ADD ABOVE TO EGG MIXTURE-------------------------- ----------------------------------STIR IN---------------------------------- 3 c Diced apples (cooking -apples) 1 c Raisins 1 c Chopped walnuts mix well,spoon into greased & floured 9X13 pan.
