2 c Sugar
1 c Vegetable Oil
1 tb Vanilla
2 c Self-Rising Flour; unsifted
2 md Apples; chopped
3 Whole Eggs
1 c Pecans; chopped

Beat eggs, add sugar oil and flavoring. Sdd flour 1 cup at a time. Add
apples and pecans. Bake in bunt pan at 350 for 1 hour.
