Title: Fresh Apple Cake

1 c Oil
1/2 c Water
2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
3 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
2 ts Vanilla
3 c Apples (6 to 7) -- cubed
1 ts Vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients, then mix all liquid ingredients, then combine the
two. Grease a 13x9 inch pan bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
