Fresh Apple-Raisin Dip
Title: Fresh Apple-Raisin Dip Categories: None Yield: 16 Servings 1 md Apple, cored, cut into -chunks 2 tb Orange juice 2 tb Slivered almonds 1 tb Raisins 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Lemon juice Celery sticks Recipe contributed by Rachel Rudel, RD, from her acclaimed cookbook "Cooking Healthy & Fast." In a food processor bowl, with metal blade, combine all ingredients except celery sticks. Process with 10 to 12 on/off pulses until mixture is coarsely chopped. Serve with celery sticks, or ginger snaps, or Graham Crackers. Store in refrigerator.
