Title: Fresh Corn Custard Pie

Yield: 4 Servings

2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Milk; scalded
2 c Cooked fresh corn kernels
2 tb Melted butter
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar
1 pn Pepper
9 Inch unbaked pastry shell

Beat eggs. Mix in milk, corn, butter, salt, sugar and pepper. Pour into
pastry shell. Bake in 400 degree oven 30 minutes, or until silver knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Garnish with bacon slices. Makes 6
servings.
