Title: Fresh Fruit Dip

Yield: 6 Servings

1 Egg (beaten)
1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Grated orange peel
2 ts Grated lemon peel
2 tb Lemon juice
1 pt Whipping cream (whipped)

Cook and stir over low heat 5 minutes until thick. (should be very thick!)
Cool well. Fold cooled ingredients into whipped cream. Serve with fresh
fruits, strawberries, bananas, pineapples, etc.
