Title: Fresh Fruit Ice Cream

Yield: 4 Quart

4 c Coffee cream (half and half)
2 c Cold water (or sub 6 c.reg.
-milk for cream and water)
2 cn Sweetened condensed milk
2 tb Vanilla extract
3 c Creshed berries, cherries,
-peaches, or any combination

Chill, then put into ice cream maker and proceed. You could also freeze in
the freezer,and stir when semi frozen and then again when completely
frozen, to soften a bit. You can omit fruit for vanilla ice cream. I always
use regular milk, or even skim milk to cut calories. Posted to TNT -
