Title: Fresh Mint Chutney Categories: Canning, Pr, New imports Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Lightly packed fresh mint Leaves 1/2 c Lightly packed fresh Cilantro leaves 1/2 c Coarsely chopped yellow onio 3 sm Green onions; including tops 1/2 Jalapeno pepper 3 tb Water 1 1/2 tb Fresh lemon juice Salt to taste Recipe by: Bharat Bazaar, Culver City Puree mint, cilantro, onion, green onion, jalapeno, water and lemon juice together in blender or food processor. Add salt. Serve. Delightful chutney. Yield 3/4 cup. Will keep refrigerated up to 2 days. |
