Title: Fresh Peach Salsa Categories: Sauces Yield: 14 Servings 3 1/2 c Diced peeled peaches, (2-1/2 -pounds) 1/4 c Diced red onion 2 tb Finely chopped fresh -cilantro 1 tb Minced seeded jalapeno -pepper 2 tb Rice vinegar 1 ts Lemon juice 1 Clove garlic, minced Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well.
