Title: Fresh Salsa/totally Tomato Cookbook Categories: Salsa Yield: 4 Cups 3 lg Tomatoes, chopped 1/2 Red onion, diced 2 Serrano or jalapeno peppers -stemmed and finely diced -with seeds 1/2 c Chopped fresh cilantro 2 tb Lime juice 1/4 ts Salt x Optional: liquid hot pepper -sauce to taste --------------------------------PREPARATION-------------------------------- Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Toss well and taste for seasonings. Adjust with salt and hot pepper sauce. Store in refrigerator, in sealed container as long as one day.
