Title: Fresh Strawberry Pie 1 Categories: Fruit-, Pie Yield: 8 Servings 1 1/2 c Sugar 4 tb Cornstarch 1 1/2 c Water 1 1/2 qt Fresh strawberries 1 pk Strawberry gelatin powder 1 Pie shell; 9 inch, baked Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until it looks clear, about 10 minutes. Add 1 box strawberry jello. Cool. Place strawberries in bottom of pie shell. Pour cooled mix on top of berries. Place in refrigerator to completely cool before serving.
