1/2 lg Onion, peeled and minced

4 Sprigs fresh cilantro
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Hot chili pepper, minced
x Optional: 1/2 avocado,
-peeled and minced
x Salt to taste

--------------------------------PREPARATION--------------------------------

Combine ingredients, mixing well. Serve as a dip with chips or as a sauce
for meat and tacos
