8 Jalapeno peppers; seeded and
-chopped
7 c Tomato; peeled and chopped
2 c Onions; coarsely chopped
3 Cloves garlic; finely
-chopped
1 c Green bell pepper; coarsely
-chopped
1/2 c Cilantro; chopped
3/4 c White vinegar
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1 cn Tomato paste

In a large pot combine all ingredients. Boil and simmer uncovered to
desired consistency. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal in pressure canner 10
minutes at 5 lbs. pressure.
