Title: Fresh Zucchini Salad

4 md Zucchini; sliced
1/3 c Salad oil
1/3 c Cider vinegar
1/4 c Sweet relish
3 tb Chopped onion
3 tb Chopped pimento
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 Clove garlic; split

Combine oil, vinegar, salt & pepper in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add
remaining ingredients while oil mixture is still hot. Refrigerate
overnight, tossing occasionally. Remove garlic before serving.
