Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade
Title: Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade Categories: Beverages Yield: 4 Servings 3 c Water 3/4 c Sugar 1 c Fresh lemon juice, chilled -(6 lemons) Lemon wedges, (optional) Combine water and sugar in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat; let cool. Pour sugar mixture into a pitcher; chill. Add lemon juice to sugar mixture; stir well. Yield: 1 quart (serving size: 1 cup). Per serving: 160 Calories; 0g Fat (0% calories from fat); 0g Protein; 43g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 6mg Sodium Serving Ideas : Serve over ice, and garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
