Fried Chicken Strips
Title: Fried Chicken Strips Categories: Poultry Yield: 4 Servings 4 lg Chicken breasts, cut in -strips 1/2 c Flour 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 1/2 c Sour cream Salt and pepper, to taste Mix flour, salt and pepper together. Coat chicken strips in sour cream and then in flour. Fry chicken strips until golden. Serve with mashed potatoes and Cream Gravy. Serves 4.
