Title: Fried Ice Cream (Vicki Oldfather)

Yield: 4 Servings

1 ts Butter
1 tb Brown sugar
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/3 c Corn flakes (Nut'n Honey
-flakes are great), crushed
-up to 1/4 c
1 1/3 c Vanilla ice cream

Here is an excellent recipe For Fried Ice Cream that Really isn't Fried,
but is delicious!

Melt butter in small saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar and
cinnamon; blend well. Stir in cereal. Form ice cream into 4 balls. Roll
in cereal mixture to coat. Cover, freeze. Let stand at room temperature a
few minutes before serving.
