Title: Fried Tacos

Yield: 4 Servings

1 lb Ground beef
1 md Potato; grated
Salt & garlic salt to taste
Tortillas
Shortening for frying
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Grated cheese

Cook meat & potatoes, season to taste with garlic salt & salt. Heat
tortillas on griddle until soft, place cooked meat on tortilla & fold over;
fasten with toothpicks. Fry in hot shortening until crispy brown. Remove
toothpicks, fill each taco with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato & grated
cheese. Serve with taco sauce.
