Frizzled Dried Beef
Title: Frizzled Dried Beef Categories: Beef, Main dish Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 lb Dried beef 1 tb Butter or margarine Tear dried beef into medium pieces; then pour boiling water over beef; let stand one minute; then drain, or use beef right from package or jar if you prefer a full flavor. Saute beef in butter until edges cur and beef is slightly browned. Serve as is or as garnish for creamed eggs, scrambled eggs.
