Title: Frozen Dessert Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 Banana 2 c Frozen fruit, about -(cherries are superb) Low fat soy milk as needed -(or nonfat dairy milk) My current favorite dessert, haven't figured out what to call it tho: put the banana and the frozen fruit into the blender, add just 1/4 cup soy milk to get it all starter, let her rip, Blend until smooth and thick, add just enough milk to blend it together.
