Title: Frozen Mocha Cheesecake Categories: Pie Yield: 10 Servings 1 1/4 c Chocolate wafer crumbs -(oreo) 1/4 c Margarine or butter; melted 1/4 c Sugar 1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese; -softened 1 cn (14-oz) sweetened condensed -milk 2/3 c Chocolate syrup 1 -(up to) 2 tb Instant coffee powder 1 ts Hot water 1 c Whipping cream; whipped Additional choc crumbs / -choc chips /sprinkles etc From: adubrofs@ccs.carleton.ca (Anne Dubrofsky) Date: 4 Jun 1995 07:45:13 -0600 This is a fabulous recipe. A bit expensive, but, oh, worth it! Combine crumbs, margarine & sugar; press firmly on bottom & up sides of pie pan. In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually add milk & syrup, beating until smooth. Dissolve coffee powder in hot water, mix well into cheese mixture. Fold in whipped cream.
