Yield: 1 9"x5" cake

1 Box AM Muffin Mix
--(Apple Spice Oat Bran)
1/2 c Pitted and chopped dates
1/2 c Diced dried papaya
1/2 c Diced dried pear
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Chopped nuts
3 tb Grated orange rind
2 tb AM Unrefined Sesame Oil
1/4 c Honey
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/4 c Water
1 Egg; beaten (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine the liquid ingredients. In a separate bowl stir the mix into the
fruit and nuts. Combine the two mixtures and add the orange rind. Bake
in a 9" x 5" pan for 45 minutes.
