1 ts Baking soda
1 c Stilton cheese; crumbled
1/2 c Pine nuts
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
3/4 c Buttermilk

Combine all ingredients and bake in 8-inch cake pan at 425 degrees F. for
30 to 35 minutes. Cool a few minutes before cutting.
