Title: Garbanzo Dip (No Tahini) Categories: Dips, Appetizers Yield: 1 Recipe 1 c AM Garbanzo Flour 1 1/2 c Water 1 c Tofu 1/4 c Lemon juice 1/4 c Water 1 tb Honey 3/4 ts Sea salt (optional) 1/4 ts Garlic powder (or more) Mix the garbanzo flour and water in a saucepan. Bring to a simmering boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Stir into the cooked garbanzo paste. As the dip sits, it will become thicker. If necessary, add a little water to reach the desired consistency.
