Title: Garlic Pasta Categories: Pasta, Frugal gour Yield: 4 Servings 8 Cloves garlic, thinly sliced 3 tb Olive oil 1/2 c Whipping cream Salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 lb Pasta Parmesan cheese, to taste Saute garlic in olive oil until not quite brown. Add the cream, a small amount of salt and a good amount of pepper. Simmer to reduce cream and toss with pasta that has been cooked as directed. Add lots of parmesan cheese.
