Title: Gaucho Dip for Vegetables

Yield: 1 Servings

1 pk Bleu cheese; crumbled
1 c Light sour cream
4 oz Ripe olives; chopped
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1 tb Lemon juice

Combine everything. Chill for at least 1 hour so flavors mix. Serve with
vegetables or pita chips.
