Title: German Cucumber Salad #2 Categories: German, Salads, Vegetables Yield: 4 Servings -Sue Woodward 1 lg Cucumber; thinly sliced 1 Onion; thinly sliced 2 Tomatoes; peeled, thinly -sliced 2 tb Fresh parsley; snipped 1/2 c Sour cream 1/2 ts Prepared mustard 3 tb Fresh dill; minced 2 tb Vinegar 2 tb Milk 1/4 ts Salt Pepper; to taste In a lg. bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, and parsley; set aside. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture. Stir well to mix ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hr.
