2 c Uncooked macaroni
4 Dill pickles; diced (Kosher
-preferred)
1 c Cooked peas
3/4 c Mayonnaise
2 Hard boiled eggs; diced
1/2 Tomato diced
1 ts Black pepper
1 ts Paprika 1/4 onion finely
-chopped; (optional)

Cook macaroni, rinse and drain. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and
mix carefully. Garnish with fresh tomato slices, parsley or sliced hard
boiled eggs.
