6 md Potatoes, cooked & cut up
1/4 c White vinegar
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
Whatever veggies you like -
-green onions, tomatoes,
-bell pepper, etc.

Mix & chill. Or may be eaten hot.

Actually this recipe was in the book that came with my microwave, only it
called for bacon. I of course deleted the bacon but sometimes I do put
baco-bits in it for the flavor, they are a soy product. This is a very nice
potato salad bec it has no mayonnaise.
