Title: Ginger Peachy Soup

Yield: 2 Servings

1 c Juice; orange
1 c Yogurt; plain
1 Inches Ginger; sliced
2 lg Peaches; peeled

In a blender or processor, combine orange juice, yogurt, fresh ginger and
one peach. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into bowl. Chop remaining
peach. Stir into processed mixture. Chill and serve.
