Title: Ginger Plum Pork Chops Categories: All newly t, Pork Yield: 4 Servings 4 Boneless pork chops, 3/8" -thick 1 ts Vegetable oil 1 Jar (8 oz.) plum preserves 2 ts Ground dry ginger 3 tb Cider vinegar Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops on one side, turn; stir together remaining ingredients and add to skillet. cover skillet, lower heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with roasted potato wedges if desired. Makes 4 servings.
