1 Box bow ties
2 cn Waterchestnuts, diced
2 Cucumbers, chopped
2 c Cooked shrimp, diced
2 c Shredded carrots

------------------------------GINGER DRESSING------------------------------
2/3 c Mayo
2/3 c Plain yogurt
1/2 ts Fresh ground ginger
2 tb Soy sauce
2 ts Sugar
Several dashes hot sauce (to
-taste)

Cook bow ties and add the rest make ginger dressing (below)

GINGER DRESSING: Mix all.

add dressing to pasta mix. I like to take this out of the frige 1/2 hour
