Title: Ginger-Scallion Dipping Sauce Categories: Spa, Lowfat, Dip, 1new, Readers dig Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 c Rice vinegar 1 Scallion; minced 1 ts Low-sodium soy sauce 1 ts Minced fresh cilantro; or -more to taste 1 Garlic clove; minced 1/2 ts Brown sugar 1/2 ts Dark sesame oil 1/2 ts Minced ginger root 1/4 ts Red pepper flakes; or to -taste Combine above ingredients in a glass jar and shake to blend completely. Sauce will keep for several days stored in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator. Makes a generous 1/2 cup.
