Title: Gingerbread with Sauce Categories: Desserts Yield: 14 Servings 1/3 c Butter Buds. -- liquid, or 1/2 C Promise UFF margarin 1/2 c Molasses 1 ts Ginger 2 ts Allspice 2 ts Cinnamon 2 ts Nutmeg 2 ts Baking Soda -- dissolved in 1 C Boiling water 1/2 c Sugar -- or 1/4 C sugar + 3 Pkts Sweet 'N Low 2 1/2 c Flour 2 Egg Beaters. 99% Egg Substitute -- 1/2 C Optional Vanilla Sauce Or Caramel Sauce Recipes To Follow. Cream Butter Buds and sugar. Add remaining ingred.; add Egg Beaters last. Bake in a bundt or tube pan that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Bake 35 - 40 min. at 350 deg. F. Serve warm with the sauce of your choice. This cake is very good!
