Title: Gingered Shrimp Salad Stuffed Brioche Categories: New, Text, Import Yield: 1 Servings 3/4 lb Shrimp,; cooked and peeled 1/4 c Roughly chopped cooked -cellophane noodles 3 tb Grated carrots 2 tb Diced red pepper 2 tb Thinly-sliced green onions 1 ts Minced fresh ginger 2 tb Soy sauce 1 tb Rice wine vinegar 1 tb Olive oil 1 ts Sesame oil 2 tb Whole cilantro leaves 2 tb Whole parsley leaves Salt and pepper 2 md Brioche rolls,; hollowed out Combine everything but brioche rolls; season to taste with salt and pepper. Stuff salad generously into brioche rolls until they overflow.
