Tie spices in cheeese-cloth. Add Ornange rind, orange juice, fruit and nuts. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat immediately to simmer. Simmer for 1 hour. Pull out spice bag and orange rind. Add Vodka or Akvavit. Serve warm, with portion of fruit in each cup. Store leftover in jar in refrigerator for up to 3 months.
