Title: Golden Chicken Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 4 Boneless chicken breasts 4 tb (1/2 stick) butter or -margarine 1/2 c Honey 1/4 c Prepared Dijon mustard 2 ts Curry powder 1. Wash chicken; arrange in single layer in baking pan. 2. Melt butter, stir in mustard and honey, and pour over chicken pieces. 3. Bake in moderate oven at 375, basting a few times, for about 45 min. or until chicken is cooked through and richly glazed. Good served with rice.
