Title: Golden Potato Casserole Categories: Casserole Yield: 8 Servings 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 c Butter 2 c Sour cream 1/3 c Chopped green onions 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 6 md Potatoes 2 tb Butter Cook potatoes in jackets, peel & coarsely shred. Combine cheese & butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring until cheese is melted. Remove from ehat. Stir in sour cream, onions, salt & pepper. Add potatoes, mixing gently.
