Title: Golden Potato Soup Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/3 c Finely chopped onion 2 tb Oil 1 tb Flour 1 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 1 c Water 1 c Leftover mashed potatoes 2 1/2 c Milk 1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese Notes: By Nicholas J. Young, Tamaqua. The Times News, PA Saute onions in oil. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add water and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add potatoes, milk and cheese.
