Title: Grandmom Sonis' Kamish Bread Categories: Passover (c, Bars) Yield: 48 Servings 4 lg Eggs 1 1/4 c Sugar 2 tb Water 1 ds Lemon juice 2 c Cake meal, sifted 2 tb Potato starch 1 tb Cocoa 1 tb Sugar, additional OVEN: 350 Greased cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients together except the 1 tablespoon cocoa and 1 tablespoon sugar. Form into two loaves. Mix 1 tablespoon cocoa and 1 tablespoon sugar together and press onto dough mixture. Bake loaves on cookie sheet for 1 hour. When nicely browned, remove from oven. Cool and cut into slices.
