Title: Grape-Chicken Salad with Almonds

Yield: 6 Servings

2 c Seedless grapes
2 c Cooked chicken breast; cubed
2 c Thinly sliced sweet red
-pepper
1/2 c Chinese pea pods; diagonally
-sliced
3 tb Toasted slivered almonds
2 tb Chopped green onions

----------------------------CREAMY HERB DRESSING----------------------------
1/4 c Lowfat mayonnaise
1/4 c Plain lowfat yogurt
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dijon-style mustard
1/2 ts Dried tarragon
1/2 ts Dried thyme
1/8 ts Ground pepper
1/8 ts Dreid rosemary

Combine grapes, chicken, peppers, pea pods, almonds and onions. Toss with
Creamy Herb Dressing. Serves 6.

Creamy Herb Dressing: Combine mayonnaise and plain lowfat yogurt with salt
and mustard. Crushed or rub the dried herbs as they get added to the bowl.
Mix well. Makes 1/2 cup.
