Title: Great Potato Bread (1.5# and 1#) Categories: Egg, Vegetable, White Yield: 1 Servings 5 oz Warm water, (3 1/2 oz) 2 tb Butter, (1T) 2 Eggs, (1) 1/2 c Buttermilk, non-fat, (2 1/2 -oz) 1/4 c Dry milk, (2T) 4 tb Mashed potato flakes, (2 -1/2T) 1 ts Salt, (1/2t) 2 3/4 c Bread flour, (2C) 2 tb Sugar, (4t) 1 ts Active dry yeast, (1/2 t) Load ingredients in bread basket according to your machine's instructions. Note: I did use 2 teaspoons of yeast in the 1 1/5# loaf in my Hitachi machine. The recipes calls for 2 t only in the Panasonic/National machines.
