Categories: None
Yield: 1 Servings

4 America's Cut
-(1-1/2-inch-thick boneless
-center loin pork chops)
4 tb Olive oil
4 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Dry rosemary; crumbled
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 c Plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 ts Dried oregano
1/4 ts Garlic salt
3/4 ts Coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 Thinly sliced cucumber
2 tb Sliced green onion

Here are two recipes from the Pork Council:

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and garlic. Pour over chops in a
heavy plastic bag and seal. Refrigerate 4-24 hours. Prepare covered grill
with drip pan in center, banked by medium-hot coals. Remove chops from
marinade, reserve marinade. Grill chops 12-15 minutes, turning once, and
basting occasionally with reserved marinade. (OR: broil chops 5 inches from
heat source, turning once, 12-15 minutes)

Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients, refrigerate several hours
to allow flavors to blend. Spoon some sauce over grilled chops to serve and
serve remaining sauce on side.
